Sophos Secure Email is installed from the Google Play Store.
On some devices and in very rare occasions, it may happen that the app keeps showing the initial policy check screen at every start. This may be caused by a poor network connection with recurring connection losses.
Solution: Remove Sophos Secure Email from the Android list of recent apps and restart it.
Some calendar event invitations that are sent to email groups instead of individual exchange users cannot be accepted within the app.
When the user accepts the event invitation directly in the email, the organizer does not receive a confirmation email.
Exchange ActiveSync host URLs cannot be used if they contain whitespaces.
