• 產品週期策略變更

• 支援 Windows 8 與 Windows Server 2012
  • 在 Windows 8 上，Endpoint Security and Control 使用訊息提示通知，而不是汽球通知，以顯示訊息於螢幕上。

  • 在 Windows 8 上，如果 Sophos Anti-Virus 清理一項影響 Windows Store 的應用程式的威脅，它會將此應用程式標記為受竄改。因此 Windows 需允許使用者重新下載並重新安裝該應用程式。
  • Windows Server 2012 的 REFS 檔案系統不支援 Rootkit 掃描。如果使用者嘗試在此檔案系統使用 Rootkit 掃描，一個告知系統 Rootkit 掃描不受支援的訊息會記錄至 SAV 記錄檔。
• 應用程式控管

  當 Sophos Anti‑Virus 在一項遠端共享上偵測到一項受控管應用程式時，警示總是會顯示在本機電腦上偵測到應用程式。

• 設備控管

  Sophos Device Control 無法攔截作為系統磁碟的卸除式儲存設備，否則通常會造成作業系統不穩定。

• Sophos Client Firewall
  • Sophos Client Firewall 不支援 Windows 7 的「行動式寬頻」驅動程式模型。
  • 在您安裝 Sophos Client Firewall 時，所有的網路卡均會暫時斷線。如此將造成網路連線中斷長達 20 秒，並造成例如 Microsoft Remote Desktop 的網路連線斷線。
  • 如果您檢視的日誌記錄需要自動整理，(如 允許的連結)，若瀏覽量過多，檢視畫面會停止自動整理。在轉換為不同的檢視畫面，然後再次轉換回原來的檢視後，自動更新便會恢復正常運作。
• 不支援的情況
  • Endpoint Security and Control 獨立電腦安裝不支援 Windows Server Core。
  • 受到管理的 Endpoint Security and Control 與獨立電腦安裝不支援 Windows Server Core Hyper-V。
  • 在執行 Internet Explorer 5 或 6 的 Windows 2000 系統上，網頁防護會允許透過 Windows 檔案總管存取受攔截的網站。
• 共用 Windows 元件

  當您安裝 Sophos 軟體時，亦會安裝或升級某些非 Sophos 軟體亦使用的 Windows 元件。
